Returns Policy

We hope you love every purchase you make from Chewy Charms. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order, return it in the condition you received it and we will offer you an exchange or refund.

Conditions For Returns & Exchanges

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
  • Item(s) purchased on SALE, or with a DISCOUNT COUPON will only be refunded if they are faulty. A store Credit will be available for these item(s).

 

How To Return or Exchange Item(s)

  • Email info@chewycharms.com.au to inform us of what you would like to return or exchange. We will then provide you with details of what to do next.
  • For returns of faulty item(s) photographs should be sufficient to see the fault.
  • For item(s) you are unhappy with we will ask you to send the item back to us. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return item(s).
  • Include the following when returning an item:
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Your name, date of purchase and invoice number
    • Reason for the return/exchange
    • If it is an exchange, the name of the item(s) you want as a replacement

Once your package is received by Chewy Charms your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days. If you want an exchange, the postage back to you is FREE, except when the item(s) you purchased were on sale or a promotional offer when you will be expected to pay for postage.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your Chewy Charms item(s).
